This video is a resource for both teachers and students. Using a variety of equipment this video demonstrates proper technique, provides teaching cues and safety considerations for common exercises used in circuit training. Exercises with dumbbells, weight bars, stretch bands, medicine balls, step boxes, agility rings and stability balls are thoroughly covered in this presentation.

This video consists of three short workouts approximately ten minutes each. These workouts are intended to be a warm-up for further activity in class. A flexibility routine is also included to be used at the end of class. Teachers may provide additional modeling by working out with the video or they may walk around the class to motivate and correct form. Workouts include a stretch band routine, a dumbbell routine, and a routine where students alternate between step boxes and medicine balls.
